Assembling your pre-adjusted bike at home couldn’t be simpler: Imagine that you have to replace an inner tube because your front tyre is flat. How do you proceed? Very simply: Remove the wheel, replace the inner tube, fit the wheel in again. You’re done!

It is just as simple to assemble our bikes at home. Remove the packaging, straighten the handlebars, fit the front wheel, adjust the saddle and handlebars to the right position and fit the pedals. You’re done!.

In order to ship your bike quickly and effectively, we take out only the front wheel and turn the handlebars sideways with touring bikes. All the other necessary assembly and adjustment work, such as centring the wheels, adjusting the gears and brakes, has of course been done prior to shipment by our bike builders. You will receive from us a perfectly set-up bike us that is ready to ride with a couple of small adjustments!

Illustrated assembly instructions are enclosed with every bike, which explain all the steps you need to take to ensure that your bike is ready for the road. As bikes can be very different, we have produced separate assembly instructions for the three most common types of bike – touring bikes, mountain bikes and road bikes – to ensure that we cover all possible questions you may have.

What is more, the assembly of these three types of bike has also been documented in special videos. Our customers will thus be able get an idea of the state of assembly of their bike. But take a look for yourself: final assembly of our bikes at home is no problem at all and can be done within minutes.
