Cycling is a growing trend and, as an environmentally friendly way to get around, it is gaining popularity with adults and children alike. Of course safety criteria aside, your cycle helmet should also be comfortable. A good cycling helmet should be light in weight and provide optimum ventilation. The more air ducts a bike helmet has, the more sophisticated its design, as less material is needed to guarantee the same measure of stability.
