Every order that leaves our Logistics Centre is covered by transport insurance. We bear the cost of this – you do not have to pay for this.

The transport insurance covers any damage or loss until the goods have been received. In every case you will receive an undamaged and unbroken box with the entire contents of your order. Leave everything else up to us!

Should occasionally something actually be damaged in transit, then you will receive a replacement quickly and straight forwardly.
