Your order will always be packed securely in a special cardboard box and will be delivered by our reliable logistics partner UPS.  Bike shipments abroad are delivered by a forwarding company.  All the important documentation relating to the products, such a operating manuals, additional paperwork and, of course, the invoice showing the VAT amount will be included with your order.

All bikes will only be assembled and built to a superior standard by experienced specialist bike builders at bikester. On receipt of your order, you are generally only required to straighten the handlebars, fit the front wheel and screw on the pedals.  We will provide you with the tools that you will need to do so. Please nevertheless check all screws and components prior to your first trip to ensure that they are tight and read the operating manuals and safety information from the respective manufacturers.

Please note that this additional final assembly is not generally the rule with mail order, but rather an additional service that bikester offers, because only by doing so can we guarantee your satisfaction. The manufacturer’s bike passport will of course be provided with your bike.
