Along with your obvious right to return any article that doesn’t suit, bikester.co.uk now offers 100 Days of Returnability on all articles from date of purchase. This bikester special offer is offered only to bikester.co.uk customers, making it even easier and giving you more flexibility to shop at the bikester online store. All returned items valid for the 100 Days of Returnability must be unused and in their original packaging including all tags and labels. In spite of this extended return policy we insist that all accounts be settled within a 30 day period from time of purchase. You can return or exchange CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray within 14 days of purchase, provided that the shrink wrapping and the seal is intact. Otherwise, we can not take back the goods, unfortunately.
Bikes and their accessories are technical and often need extra explanation. Our Customer Care department is full of industry experience and is here to help.

The warranty period is 24 months on purchased goods and starts on receipt of the goods. Damage caused by natural wear and tear or caused by improper use is not covered by warranty.
Please note that all bikes will be pre-assembled and built to the same standard you would expect from your local bike store prior to packaging and shipment. On receipt of your order, you may only need to straighten the handlebars, fit the front wheel and screw on the pedals. This service is not usual with mail order and is where bikester helps you get out on your new bike soonerhttp://bikester.co.uk. Mainly started for you, the customer, we now prefer this procedure so everything is adjusted and expected for better quality control. And as a nice side effect, our returns and warranty claims have been reduced to an absolute minimum.
In the event of a warranty claim we will engage UPS on your behalf to collect any larger products, including bikes. The necessary repair or replacement will be carried out by bikester.co.uk technicians. Please note: Only with our prior agreement, may you take the bike to a local dealer of your choice for warranty procedures at bikester's cost .
All other smaller items can be sent inexpensively by post to bikester.co.uk, but please be sure to affix sufficient postage. In the event of a warranty claim, bikester.co.uk will immediately refund the cost of postage to your account. Any additional costs, which arise by sending the product via premium services cannot be reimbursed. Please note: Packages which have not been pre-paid, cannot be accepted by us.
We cannot guarantee that all items will work perfectly. However, we will do our very best to find a solution that you are happy with – ultimately good customer service is what we are all about!
