We are sorry to hear that you didn't find your product suitable. In this situation you have the opportunity to return your product. We use UPS for our shipments. We advise that all return shipments should be sent through UPS as well.
UPS:
For all UPS return shipments you can simply generate the return shipments label via the following link. Just enter your postal/zip code and click "request" to generate a return shipment label. Before sealing your package please complete your return shipment form and include it for our reference.
Please note: Returned products that include missing information on the return shipments form cannot be processed until all information is obtained by our logistic centre.
Once your returned product has been received by our logistics centre your return will be processed according to the information supplied by your return shipments form.
Please note: This service is provided at our cost and is managed to best of our ability, we thank you for your patience.
For all reimbursements where payment has been made through funds transfer, the amounts will be compensated to your bank account.
In orders where credit card or PayPal has been used, the corresponding sum is booked back to your credit card account and/or PayPal account.
