The Brake Fluid is the brake fluid from racing for highest performance. The brake fluid is characterized by values significantly above the DOT 5.1 standard. It can withstand even greater loads and higher temperatures. Brake Fluid is used by many teams in the Mountain Bike World Cup.
The technical data: Boiling point 270°C - wet boiling point 185 °C., complies with SAE J 1307F - ISO 4925 - FMVSS 116.
And this is how it works: First check if your brake system uses brake fluid or hydraulic fluid. Now bleed the brake system according to the exact manufacturer's instructions and top up the brake fluid. Brake Fluid is mixable with DOT 4 brake fluids.
