I ride MTB tours with a lot of sand, gravel and forest floor.
Compared to PFTE and other dry lubricants, F100 lubricates the chain for a relatively long time. From 100km it becomes audibly louder.
However, the consumption + price is quite high and on long trips you don't necessarily get replenishment at every corner, so the bottle is taken with you.
But why I use it anyway: Because the chain stays nice and clean!
Hanseline PTFE does this a little better, but you have to rework every 20km here, which is far from practical.
Pure oil lubricates better and lasts longer, but the chain gets dirty very quickly.
F100 is the best compromise in my opinion.
