At ABUS, the name Steel-O-Flex™ stands for cable locks with high flexibility and double security. The steel cable is surrounded by overlapping sleeves of hardened steel like a scale armour. This significantly increases the resistance to break-in attempts, while the weight increases only moderately and the flexibility is largely maintained. The latter also makes it easy to connect the vehicle to a fixed object.
