Hub dynamo-powered front lights attach permanently to your bicycle and provide great illumination of the road or path ahead. We offer many different lamps in our shop, varying in design, functionality, brightness and light intensity. For these lamps, manufacturers like to specify the value lux for the luminosity. This generally indicates how much light appears on a surface at a certain distance. Since the calculation of the lux value is not standardised, the various specifications, even for different headlamps from the same brand, can't be compared with each other and are more misleading than helpful. It is better to obtain specific information on the brightness of the lamps from the manufacturers' websites.
