CeramicSpeed was founded in 2001; just a few years after its founder broke the 24-hour world record on inline skates equipped with ceramic ball bearings. Jacob Csizmadi saw the potential of these hybrid bearings – much lighter and faster-running than normal ball bearings – and introduced them to the world of pro cycling. In addition to ceramic ball bearings, CeramicSpeed also creates other innovative products that improve riders’ performance.
