The Olympus 3.0 is completely updated. The midsole is more flexible and responsive now, thanks to the addition of InnerFlex, and the outsole has been widened in the heel area and center groove for increased stability and traction.
InnerFlex Grid-like grooves in the midsole allow your foot to flex while being lighter, for more speed and better performance.
Max Cushioning Our highest cushioning available provides lightweight, max protection for any terrain—without disrupting form.
The 'neutral shoe' or 'cushioning shoe' is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). These shoes are therefore suitable for runners who have regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not roll their feet inwards or outwards when running. The neutral shoe can be used for competition, for fast training and for long endurance sessions. The damping may vary depending on the application: in order to achieve more direct ground contact during competition, it is advisable to use only a slightly cushioned shoe. When training on hard surfaces or for long distances, more cushioned shoes offer better comfort and protect the joints.
