Assos pays great attention to the first layer of the ASSOS Layering System and constantly tries to optimise the basic models of functional underwear in terms of moisture regulation and general wearing comfort. With their new Skin Layer product group they have succeeded in doing so: The Skin Layers replace the skinFoils and shine in a new revised design. They are lighter, have a more intelligent structure and are made of textiles that have been optimized in terms of their functionality.
The short-sleeved summer undershirt is about 25% lighter than its predecessor from the skinFoil range. Not only have they reduced the weight of an already lightweight layer by a quarter, but with the Circular Seamless Structure, an even, tubular knitted design that feels silky soft on the skin, they also produce a garment without any scratchy side seams. They have deliberately combined a new textile made of carbon fibres and polypropylene yarns to regulate moisture transport even better than the previously used fabric. The end product is a breathable, antibacterial short-sleeved base piece that keeps you cool and dry from the first layer on.

Circular Seamless: A tubular knitted design without side seams, which gives a particularly soft and comfortable to wear.

Set-In Sleeves: The sleeves are sewn directly into the armhole under the layers of clothing to to achieve unrestricted freedom of movement under the layers of clothing.
