This proven three-layer, waterproof soft shell is durable and highly breathable, making it the ideal starting point for designing your water-repellent shell. The next step was to design the jacket in the trailFit fit, which is tight enough not to get caught in branches on the single trail, yet loose enough to allow your upper body to move freely. With the body in an upright position, you feel a slight pull on your chest and the sleeves appear long. But grab the wide handlebars of a modern all-mountain bike and lean forward and you'll feel the jacket taking on the perfect fit. Then the individual features of the jacket have been tailored for off-road riding, such as the extended back hem that protects your back from splashes and mud, the extended sleeves with flexible fabric inserts that ensure a seamless transition with gloves, and the unique design of a hood that can be worn under the helmet, which keeps your head dry and your view clear by adding a stretchy NEOS Light fabric insert. Add fully taped seams, closable front pockets and a 2-way zipper, and the result is a waterproof shell for any kind of adventure where rain is the order of the day.
