BBB Cycling HighSix BHS-28 Stem Adjustable Ø25,4mm black (black)
The BBB Highsix stem is an angle adjustable Ahead stem for 1/8 inch steerer tubes. The Highsix is made of solid 6061 T6 aluminum and covers angle settings from minus 40° to plus 40°. Low angles for speed and reduced wind resistance or high angles for comfortable riding and improved steering control - no problem for the Highsix. Make your bike a class better!

Just a stem. The screws don't look very expensive. When I adjusted the handlebar inclination again, the screws already showed signs - after just two tightenings.
