Maxxis M-Tread Clincher Tyre

The result of Maxxis' collaboration with a BMX legend. Dave Mirra helped design a tyre that can do everything: Sturdy high pressure carcass up to 8bar, profile from rim edge to rim edge, so no chafed sidewalls and more grip in flatland. Profile: Grooved for the right grip on trails, but smooth and symmetrical for fast rolling, ideal for parks and streets. For Street, Vert, Flatland, Ramps and Trails.

Wire bead wire core
The bead core must hold the tyre securely on the rim. High-quality wire is very well suited for this - the disadvantages are: Not foldable and slightly heavier (approx. 50g more)
