Blå Band Outdoor Meal Goulash

Goulash is a tasty and nutritious freeze-dried meal with a high proportion of potatoes and meat. The meal contains no flavour enhancers and so offers little difference in taste to cooked food. In order to change the taste as little as possible, Bla Band uses fresh ingredients that are all freeze-dried separately.

Ingredients
Potatoes 33 %, vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, onions), palm fat, meat extracts, beef 5.2 %, maltodextrin, salt, modified potato starch, garlic, sugar, flavourings, cumin, cayenne pepper. Allergen declaration EU: no allergens.

Preparation
Tear off the top and fold out the bottom. Add 450 ml boiling water (level G). Stir and close again. Wait 10 minutes - done! More water can be added if desired. Can be prepared with cold water, then extend the time to > 30 minutes.
