Ever since I had a Brooks leather saddle on my school bike back in 1986, I've had nothing else on my bikes. After a short interlude with a high-quality gel saddle, I exchanged it for a Brooks saddle despite the good quality. I've driven the B 17 for as long as I can remember and I'm completely satisfied. Only it shouldn't get wet, but there is a waterproof cover that you can roll up small and attach to the saddle with Velcro, always with you and ready to use when needed.
