First of all, great convenience. I did over 100 km on it. Even the cheapest Brooks will be much better than the fanciest models from other manufacturers. The B 17 version would probably be sufficient, the springs slightly improve the comfort of the seat, but only a little. At first my son was shaking his nose because it was hard and a bit cheesy. But when the saddle arrives, she doesn't even want to hear about another. I bought it all .... a missed gift (new for a lower price). When I traveled for a while, I bought my son (he complained about the pain after 50 km) also for Brooks. I did not wait for an opportunity anymore because I knew that even at a normal price it is worth it. I chose the cheapest Flyer (the young wanted the springs), so I paid PLN 50 for the B17. The Imperial or Special version is a big surcharge for no matter what (additional cut in the middle or copper rivets). In my opinion, it is not worth paying extra. A perfect saddle is hard to improve. And apart from adjusting the frame, it is probably the most important element responsible for driving comfort.
