I am completely satisfied, the backpack is ideal for urban people; it is big enough for a 16-inch M1 MacBook Pro, as well as for all things of daily use. Mountain tours would be safe to do, but there is no rear ventilation. On the other hand, the backpack sits close to the body, which is helpful when cycling and doesn't look "bulky". I would buy it again at any time if I lost it (which I hope not, because there are nice vintage traces from use...)

Bad buckles

Have had this backpack for about 6 months.
One of the buckles on the shoulder strap has stopped working, the strap is only pulled out in its longest position.
I heard from Bikester about this a week ago without an answer.
Another problem with the design of the backpack is that it is heavy at the back when you walk, ie it does not sit well on the back. When cycling, it sits well in the back.
