For the new dark season, Busch & Müller is introducing the smallest approved LED headlight for dynamo operation to date: the LUMOTEC IQ2 Eyc T senso plus. The LED dynamo headlamp with new IQ2 light technology offers very good and homogeneous road illumination at 50 lux with near field light. The small power pack fits weighs only 70 grams.
It's equipped with LICHT24, the daytime running light for bicycles, a light/dark sensor that automatically switches between day and night mode, and automatic parking light. An optionally attachable reflector is included.

Very small, stable, luminous - but low standing light

The lamp is extremely small, and offers enormous light with a pleasant distribution, not only for its size. The light beam is somewhat cross-shaped due to the deliberate lateral radiation, which makes the view in the near area pleasantly wide, as well as a clearly improved visibility against other traffic participants. The luminaire covers at least 20m very well off (Note: it has attached to a folding bike as an exchange lamp with enormous improvement compared to the halogen predecessor lamp, due to the rather low mounting height, the range is somewhat limited). I run it on a Nabendyname, which brings practically immediately the maximum light output. The parking light is also available after a few seconds and for me the only thing is disappointing, as much lower than expected. A single tea light provides more light.
The on / off switch of the lamp (rubber push button with function indicator by light at the end of the lamp) works reliably and is easy to find and activate. The light sensor of the lamp, which automatically switches from daylight to driving light in the event of a fine light, is currently not in use.
Except for the parking light, the lamp is an absolute recommendation: size, light, also processing quality are beyond doubt. I would buy it with simply once again.
