Windproof, okay warm but by no means waterproof

Quite disappointed .. I bought more expensive overshoes with the hope of getting a really waterproof and windproof model.
Half an hour of rain is enough to get my feet wet. Quite a fail. Even worse is that the lining dries very poorly and therefore these Castelli overshoes stay wet longer than a cheap model from Decathlon ....
