Continental inner tubes are individually vulcanised in metal moulds to preform them and improve their mountability. This makes life much easier when changing the inner tube.
Caution:
Lightweight inner tubes usually need to be pumped more frequently.

Plus sizes
'Plus'/'+' tyres are the wider cousins of typical MTB tyres, with widths of up to 3.0", often sitting on rims up to 40mm wide. The advantages: more grip, comfort and safety while on the trail. Plus tyres borrow some qualities from fatbike tyres without being quite so huge. Conclusion: plus-sized tyres offer more grip on the trail, yet are lighter than fatbike tyres, while still offering the possibility of riding with very low air pressure.
