Fabulous durable 27 x 1 1/4" tyre

Bought as a replacement for the same make and model of tyre, Continental Ride Tour, that finally wore down to the wear indicators after a few years of use on the back wheel: very durable, incredibly puncture-resistant even through winter, excellent wet-weather grip and looks good on my eighties Raleigh Royal road bike. Bit slower than previous semi-slicks but more than makes up for this with lack of punctures. Bead is quite stiff so needs a bit of effort and care when fitting. Overall excellent. Great service and value from Bikester !!
