Great Pedal!
Bought these as I wanted to be able to be unclipped on trickier sections as it gives me a bit more confidence but I spend most of my time clipped in. The flat side could be grippier (I wear Pearl Izumi x-alp launch spd shoes) but that isn’t really why I bought them and you can get longer pins. For the amount of time I spend unclipped though it’s not a big issue. If you worry about aesthetics on your bike the top platform scuffs easily but it is an mtb pedal after all! I don’t know why they don’t just leave them unpainted! Very pleased with them.
