Bought this mudguard set for my 28 inch Cube Cross bike. Have never seen such a bad connection between the struts and the fender. The connection consists of two opposing plastic hooks on the side of the mudguard into which the strut is to be screwed. There is no positive connection. Other manufacturers have solved this better. In addition, the strut has an embossing in the area between the two hooks that is intended to serve as positioning. On the one hand, however, this embossing is too wide so that the hooks cannot grip at all. On the other hand, the strut breaks at exactly this predetermined breaking point as soon as you have to bend the hardened strut to fit the bike frame. I had to reorder the spare part. Stay away from this product!
