I'm totally satisfied with the bike except for the grips. I bought some ergonomic grips. Shifting is simple and can also be easily readjusted while cycling without effort and tools.

I'm actually very happy with the bike. Unfortunately, it came with a rather poorly adjusted circuit, which I don't necessarily expect from a mail order company. What I expect, however, are transport locks on the hydraulic brake calipers and the chainaptool, which is actually included with every Sram. A bit unfortunate, but oh well...
