Seat post does not last very long. Since the saddle mount is made of soft cast aluminum, the saddle (whose rail usually consists of a harder, ferro-alloyed alloy) works with the time in the mount. This leads to loud creaking noises and material from the saddle mount is removed (Aluspäne is pressed out at the connection points). Therefore not recommendable. The problems are already occurring after a few months.
