The mounting screws are too short for the lower mounting points to at least get attached to your own bike, because you had to seriously twist to get the mounting points aligned, even though there are good adjustment options here. I had to buy separate fixing screws separately. When Tarakan caught it, it stayed firmly in place and rode its case well on the touring bike ride. The installation instructions would not have been a bad thing either, apparently not included in the package.
