You can easily get a cell phone (Iphone 8 Plus, so big) and a wallet underneath, as well as a couple of Allen keys for emergencies. Or, if it's really hot, you can pack a normal rolled up shirt + cell phone, I wouldn't have thought that.
A cup holder on the down tube also fits with the frame bag installed.
