PRO LOCK TECHNOLOGY
In the Pro Lock process, a patented two-component adhesive is injected into the nipple thread, which enables the construction of extremely durable impellers. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated. At room temperature, it takes approx. 6-7 hours to cure completely. Repeated re-centering is possible without any problems, whereby the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each re-centering.

TUBELESS TECHNOLOGY
All DT Swiss wheels are tubeless ready and the ASM versions are supplied with mounted tubeless tape and the appropriate valves.

BEARING TECHNOLOGY
DT Swiss hubs are designed to work optimally once they are installed in a bike. In order to achieve this, the clamping force generated by the wheel fastening system must be taken into account in the design of the hub.
