LITESHIELD SYSTEM AIR
This system combines the body closeness absolutely necessary for a back protector with a maximum of ventilation: The close-fitting back area is provided with a large central ventilation channel and two rows of "ventilation grilles": EVA foam strips covered with Air-Mesh with ventilation holes and a special sloping gable cut reduce the contact area to the back and thus improve air circulation. The extra wide, ergonomically shaped hip belt is made of Evocs AIRO FLEX material. The main load - even that of a fully loaded backpack - is transferred to the hip and fixed there. At the same time, optimum breathability is guaranteed.

NYLON 210/D RIPSTOP, PU COATED
The requirements for the perfect outer material for backpacks / bags can be summarized in four characteristics: durable, abrasion-resistant, water-repellent and light. This is exactly what Nylon 210/D Ripstop offers. A fourfold PU coating of the light nylon base material provides moisture protection and abrasion resistance. A microfibre fabric divides the base material into square segments to prevent the expansion of cracks - hence the name Ripstop.

P 600/D, PU COATED
A very robust fabric for areas subject to high wear. It is also tear-resistant, light and absorbs almost no moisture. In combination with these properties, it is the ideal material for highly stressed bags or the bottoms of bags and backpacks.

AIR MESH
Air Mesh has pores that allow optimal air circulation while being small enough to prevent the absorption of moisture. This makes it the perfect upper material, for example for the backs of Evoc protector backpacks.

3D AIR MESH
This three-dimensionally structured fabric with different thread thicknesses (P75D*30D) offers optimum ventilation and padding properties for back parts and shoulder straps.

AIRO FLEX
Airo Flex is an extremely stable fabric that is both air-permeable and flexible. Evoc uses it on the highest quality waistbelts to combine optimum load transfer to the hips with maximum ventilation - for maximum wearing comfort.

TRANSPARENT TARPAULIN
Particularly puncture- and tear-resistant, waterproof material, which is also transparent. Ideally suited for compartments in backpacks and bags that are subject to high stress but need to be particularly clear, e.g. the small parts compartment for tools.
