LITE SHIELD BACK PROTECTOR
The EVOC Liteshield Back Protector combines maximum impact protection with a lightweight, highly effective construction and plenty of flexibility. At the same time it is absolutely temperature insensitive.

NYLON 210/D RIPSTOP, PU COATED
The requirements for the perfect outer material for backpacks and bags can be summarised in four properties: durable, abrasion-resistant, water-repellent and lightweight. This is exactly what Nylon 210/D Ripstop offers. A quadruple PU coating of the lightweight nylon base material provides moisture protection and abrasion resistance. A microfibre fabric divides the base material into square segments to prevent the expansion of cracks - hence the name Ripstop.

AIR MESH
Air Mesh is equipped with pores that allow optimal air circulation but are small enough to prevent moisture absorption. This characteristic makes it the perfect upper material, for example for the back parts of the Evoc protector backpacks.

3D AIR MESH
This three-dimensional structured fabric with different thread thicknesses (P75D 30D) offers optimal ventilation and padding properties for back sections and shoulder straps.

NEOPRENE
Known from water sports, neoprene also has optimal properties for high quality backpacks. This heavy duty material is very flexible over a wide temperature range and therefore works well for hip belts. The material also offers excellent temperature regulation and shock absorption properties.

TRANSPARENT TARPAULIN
Particularly puncture and tear-resistant, waterproof material that is also transparent. Ideally suited for compartments in rucksacks and bags that are subject to high loads and must be particularly clear, such as the small parts compartment for tools.
