There are some reviews here where perhaps the application wasn't clear, hence my experience.
You need acetone spray, acetone, 2 mason jars and a metal hanger. Plus chain cutter.
1) Thoroughly clean the drive train. Acetone spray (chain cleaner) on the guide, put the chain in acetone (disposable glass).
2) Let it dry well - hang the chain on a clothes hanger
3) Chain into the 2nd jar, moisten with wax (half a bottle for me)
4) take it out, let it dry and reinstall it.
5) a few squirts of wax on the pulleys.
That's it. After that it is very productive.
