A wheel for trails, the essence of trail riding. E-Metal 3 expresses a fixed reference point when it comes to the dynamic properties of a wheelset for E-MTBs.

Every choice made during the design process has clearly defined objectives: to achieve exceptional maneuverability and unconditional responsiveness in any situation.
The E-Metal 29 responds to loads with lightning speed thanks to the record-breaking stiffness of the rim-spoke-hub assembly, which increases the transmission speed of the levers on the handlebars and pedals to the terrain.

This is made possible by a specially developed wheel for the front, higher and directional area, as well as one for the rear axle, which is reinforced by "in-frame" and ready for maximum power transmission.

When you set off to tackle a single track at full speed and push yourself to the limit to ride at your best, you will be amazed. Everything happens in a flash. A few seconds and everything becomes driving pleasure, automatically, immediately.

High Strength Aluminum
A special aluminum: the most powerful aluminum wheels require careful material selection: Fulcrum's department uses only the best 6082 aluminum alloy with a T6 pre-aging heat treatment for the "High strength Aluminum", which stabilizes the alloy and enables long durability and maximum reliability. Aluminum 6082 is an alloy of the 6000 series with the highest strength, it replaces 6061 many applications and is generally used in applications with high loads.

Asymmetric Rim
The rim asymmetry was developed to improve the tension of the rim while balancing the forces coming from the brakes and sprocket set.

2Way - Fit Ready (MTB)
With this procedure, the Red Zone 500-700 and Red Fire 500 wheels, which were designed for use with an air chamber, can be converted to tubeless-ready wheels, i.e. without an air chamber and with the mandatory use of a tire sealant.

Differentiated profile for E-MTB
On an MTB, the front and rear sections fulfill different but complementary functions. The front section has the greatest influence on steering and absorbs lateral impacts. The rear end, on the other hand, supports a large part of the weight, and in the case of a bike with a motor, to an even greater extent due to its position. He is also responsible for the drive. This consideration led to the decision to create two differentiated profiles. The front profile is higher and stiffer, while the rear profile is lower and reinforced in order to distribute the ground impact in the best possible way.
