Why is there no weight indication for some bicycles?

Not all manufacturers give us the weight indications, but we are constantly trying to determine them manually and to deposit them with the bicycles. If your bike does not have any weight, simply ask our customer service.

For which maximum allowable weight (bicycle, driver and payload) are the bicycles designed?

As a rule MTBs, trekking bikes and city bikes are designed up to 130 kg. Only racing bikes and lightweight bikes are generally designed for a lower overall weight. Please contact our customer service for details.

Is the article also available in colors or sizes other than those indicated on the page?

No, all available variants will be shown in the shop.

My bike has been stolen. Can you still give me the frame number?

Unfortunately, we don't store the bicycles' frame numbers for logistical reasons, so you will not find them on your account.

Note: Please note the frame number immediately after receipt of the wheel on your invoice.

Are the products also available in other colours?

The colours are as shown. Other colours are unfortunately not available as they are not offered by the respective manufacturers or are already sold out.

Can I swap parts?

No, unfortunately we don't offer the possibility to swap individual parts.

Can I get stickers, advertising material or similar items from you?

No, we do not have any advertising materials at our disposal. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

Can the ordered accessories be mounted on a bicycle?

Unfortunately, we can not offer this service because of the return rights and possibly occurring mounting traces.

WILL I NEED TO ASSEMBLE THE BIKE WHEN IT ARRIVES?

Our bikes are supplied partly pre-assembled, but for the sake of safe transport, some parts remain detached on arrival. So, they require a few simple, finishing steps. You'll have to install the front wheel, screw on the pedals and straighten the handlebar. We supply a complimentary set of bike tools and assembly instructions with every bike order. The gear system and other components are already fine-tuned and fixed by experienced specialist fitters.

Please check all screws and attachments are tightly fitted before your first ride and follow the manufacturer's operating and safety instructions. For further guidance, you'll find assembly tips and guides here or contact our customer service team

How are the brakes set up on our bikes?

Please note: all of our bike models come with an EU standard brake setup. This will need to be reversed to comply with UK cycling standards.
