The Montaro MIPS II has been designed to have full goggle integration, with strap grippers on the back of the helmet, and a P.O.V. MIPS Technology
The MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) consists of three main components: The EPS liner, the Low Friction liner and an elstomeric attachment system between them. When rotational forces are applied, the elastomers allow the EPS shell to move independently around the head. Helmets equipped with MIPS can offer increased protection in certain situations.
