The legendary XDURO FullSeven Carbon-Fullys are a unique selection of e-MTBs with up to 120 mm travel for easy to medium terrain. Haibike offers real trail bikes with modern electric drives and Bosch's high-quality CX engine integrated within elaborately manufactured carbon frames.The Haibike XDURO FullSeven Carbon 10.0 is the top model of the FullSeven series. Accordingly, the component package of the premium league Carbon E fullys is uncompromising. Haibike uses the Bosch CX Motor in combination with a large 500 Wh frame battery. The 120 mm suspension travel at the front and rear is Fox's top class. The FOX 34 Factory Float suspension fork with Kashima coating and Fox Float DPS Factory air shocks are completed by the FOX Transfer FACTORY seat post. Shimano's top XTR Di2 groupset is also used on the top-of-the-range e-bike model. For the brakes, Haibike relies on Magura's reliable MT8 Carbon and large brake discs. The DT-Swiss XRC 1200 carbon wheelset rounds off this complete package. With this equipment and the high-quality carbon frame, the Haibike XDURO FullSeven Carbon 10.0 remains well below 20 kilograms.
Haibike UD-Carbon-frames: For all XDURO and SDURO Carbon-frames practically all frame components (except the SkidPlate) are made of carbon. Each individual part is laminated by hand, whereby the carbon fibres are aligned parallel to the later direction of loading according to a fixed plan (unidirectional laminate). This allows their tensile strength to be optimally utilised, and the areas with particularly high rigidity can be defined and others with more flex. The results are heavy-duty frames that not only convert every ounce of energy into propulsion, but also impress with their sensational frame weight. Haibike FullCarbon Interface
The motor is screwed directly to the carbon frame without using additional adapters. During development, Haibike deliberately eschewed metal cores in the interface and instead designed the carbon parts in such a way as to cleanly distribute the forces along the frame. This lowers the weight and required installation space, whilst simultaneously increasing both stability and precision.

To reduce the optical "weight", Haibike slightly sinks the Bosch battery into the down tube. Due to a combination of hydroformed tubes and special castings in an elaborately shaped carbon frame, the battery is aesthetically integrated into the frame without any fastening points. In addition, the distance between motor and battery was reduced by 11mm.
Haibike SES System
The Bosch engine presents engineers with two challenges when developing a high-performance chassis: its size and the extremely small drive pinion. Haibike developed the Haibike Sprocket Equalizing System (S.E.S) to place the rear suspension close to the support point of the chain. This optimises the wheel lift curve of the rear end and shortens the length of the rear end. In addition, a chain guide was included on the pulley wheel. Together with the guide on the Haibike sprocket, the Bosch Performance CX drive has been specially optimised for sporty use. The motor delivers a constant max torque up to 75 Nm up to a high speed range. It also features Direct Flow technology, which guarantees powerful support in the lower cadences from 20 rpm. The Trail Control offers dynamic power control, where the rider can always choose the right support level for them (from 50-300%) and select the perfect set-up for the terrain. Gear Change Control enables gear changes that are gentle on the chain.
Bosch Nyon Board Computer
The large 4.3 inch colour display shows useful data - including integrated navigation with moving map in 2D and 3D or classic information such as current, average and top speed, day trips and total mileage. The Nyon also provides information on the time, riding time and even the total operating time of the e-bike. Smartphone functions can be conveniently controlled via the on-board computer and a micro-USB interface offers a practical charging function for mobile phones or MP3 players.
