Stability
The Arahi 6 features our J-Frame(TM) technology, designed to prevent excessive inward roll or overpronation without over-correcting your running form.

Cushioning
The Arahi 6 has a lightweight footbed that keeps the foot close to the ground and is made of firm material for efficient cushioning.

J-Frame
The Hoka J-Frame is characterised by dynamic stability. It gets its name from its shape. The J-Frame is based on the functionality of the Active Foot Frame. However, it is made of slightly harder material on the medial side. Exactly where the foot of an overpronator needs more support: Laterally from the heel to the tip of the foot. It offers support and protection while at the same time guiding the foot. All without the use of heavy, stiff and unyielding materials.

Meta-Rocker
The Meta-Rocker geometry works like a wheel, propelling the runner forwards. The reduced (height) difference between heel and toe supports a particularly fluid and dynamic running style, which ensures an effective roll-off cycle.
