Light and agile – race with confidence and comfort over extreme terrain. Building on the iconic X-TALON 200, the X-TALON 255 boasts even more durability and protection. Aggressive 8mm STICKY RUBBER studs claw through soft muddy terrain, sticking to wet rock and slippery obstacles. A hard-wearing ballistic nylon upper offers protection and durability, while a roomier fit and TPU Adapter fit cradle keeps your foot comfortable and secure. Constructed from lightweight, non-water absorbing materials and designed to be quick draining, the X-TALON 255 is the perfect shoe for wet, rocky off-trail running and (OCR) obstacle course racing. Race with confidence and comfort over varied terrain in this lightweight, flexible racing shoe.
The 'neutral shoe' or 'cushioning shoe' is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). These shoes are therefore suitable for runners who have regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not roll their feet inwards or outwards when running. The neutral shoe can be used for competition, for fast training and for long endurance sessions. The damping may vary depending on the application: in order to achieve more direct ground contact during competition, it is advisable to use only a slightly cushioned shoe. When training on hard surfaces or for long distances, more cushioned shoes offer better comfort and protect the joints.
