I replaced the original part of the Dura-Ace with the KCNC. Is much quieter than the original. The chain runs more perfectly than ever before. I am very satisfied with it! However, the assembly is a bit tricky and should only be done by mechanically trained people.

Lack of assembly instructions may cause incorrect mounting and poor results. It comes with two equalization jockey wheel screws. One of them should be used. The length differs. None of them work unless you remove a tray from the existing "cage" that you replace.
Once through the assembly, the system works perfectly and the switching takes place completely silently on my Ultegra 6700.
