I wanted a lock for my gravel bike and decided on the Kryptonite. There are lighter folding locks, but they seem less secure to me. I actually only use the lock to lock up the bike for a short time on tours to get a drink from the supermarket, so a few minutes. For me it fits easily on the back of the seat post and doesn't get in the way. If you cut the rubber band of the holder a bit too small, as indicated in the instructions, it doesn't slip and holds up quite well. The mechanism for snapping into the holder also works well. I can only confirm the rattling when delivered. But it can be fixed: For this I got two suitable sealing rings from the sanitary area in the hardware store for 2-3€ and pushed them onto the ends of the bracket next to the existing rubber rings. Now the bracket holds with a little more pressure and the rattling is completely gone.
