The 'neutral shoe' or 'cushioning shoe' is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). These shoes are therefore suitable for runners who have regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not roll their feet inwards or outwards when running. The neutral shoe can be used for competition, for fast training and for long endurance sessions. The damping may vary depending on the application: in order to achieve more direct ground contact during competition, it is advisable to use only a slightly cushioned shoe. When training on hard surfaces or for long distances, more cushioned shoes offer better comfort and protect the joints.
Fits perfectly on the foot. Delicious cushioning in the shoe. Finally, I can go hiking and running in terrain with good cushioning.
Bought La Sportiva Helios SR too, but then I felt that the fasteners in the sides gnawed on my feet when I walked. Hard to explain, but I would rather recommend these than the SR version
Sitter perfekt på foten. Deilig demping i skoen.
