Neutral
The 'neutral shoe' or 'cushioning shoe' is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). These shoes are therefore suitable for runners who have regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not roll their feet inwards or outwards when running. The neutral shoe can be used for competition, for fast training and for long endurance sessions. The damping may vary depending on the application: in order to achieve more direct ground contact during competition, it is advisable to use only a slightly cushioned shoe. Super for terrain, soft shoes, soft cushioning

My size felt cramped in the store, so I bought a half size larger online, but in use it feels a bit loose and a half size too large. My advice; buy the size you normally use, it may seem a little cramped when you are standing still, but in the terrain it will probably be what you need for it to fit well and that you do not slip inside the shoe. It is made for running on mountains / terrain and it is excellent for that. Super damping. Best shoe! Feels soft and good all over. (I am not a professional runner, the professional cross-country runners buy, I have heard, narrower and stiffer mountain shoes with soft knobs that wear and are replaced often) I do not land on the heel when I run. For me, this shoe is not suitable for walking on flat and hard surfaces, but also great for walking in, for example, hilly terrain, a path in the woods or rocky terrain. I use a little thick wool running socks in these shoes, and tighten well (since they are a little big now). Runs in the woods and on gravel roads. Will probably buy another new pair, but then in the size I normally use in shoes.
