Lapierre Zesty TR 3.7 – A trail bike for shorter folk
The Zesty is Lapierre's full-sus all-mountain bike. The TR version comes with a little less suspension travel (120 millimetres) and a good dollop of liveliness; a proper trail bike that strays a bit into XC territory. If your local trails don't contain too many rough jumps and drops, you'll have more fun and ride faster with this version than with a fully-fledged enduro bike. The TR 3.7 is only available in size XS for smaller people between 1.35 metres and 1.55 metres, which is why it also features 27.5-inch wheels.
OST+ - Suspension
Optimised Suspension Technology, which has been continuously refined for over ten years, ensures perfect suspension performance both uphill and downhill. Now in the Plus version, the rear triangle rotates around a virtual pivot point in front of the bottom bracket. The sensitively-responding rear triangle is decoupled from pedal forces by the system. This means that the suspension does not influence your pedalling – and vice versa!
Equipment
The equipment shows that despite the small frame, the Zesty 3.7 TR is a fully-fledged trail bike. Shimano Deore ensures solid shifting and braking. As you would expect, the bike rolls on tubeless wheels and rubber from Maxxis so that you always have more than enough grip.
