Size runs big. First had size M. Was clearly too big although my measurements fall into the size. Then ordered size S. Fits. Tested at +3 to +8 degrees. Keeps you warm, very comfortable to wear, hardly noticeable. And above all no sweating in contrast to my old belt.

Since I often have to deal with pain in the lumbar area after exercising in cold temperatures, I bought the kidney belt.
So far I have used the strap for running and cycling. The part sits firmly and does not slip without worrying me. It also keeps my lower back wonderfully warm (unfortunately I've become really sensitive to this over the years).
The material is neither too thin nor too thick for my taste and dries relatively quickly.
To size
Ordered size: S (79-84 cm)
Measured waist circumference: 87.5 cm (72 kg at 175 cm)
Strap fits perfectly (the Velcro is right in the middle for me, so it would be a good bit bigger or smaller possible)
I haven't noticed any change after washing at 30°C. In the meantime, I've already bought a second belt, because I really like wearing it.
