Maxxis Ardent Clincher Tyre 26x2.40" EXO black (black)

An aggressive tread on a large volume carcass designed for good traction but fast enough for racers. Large block shaped shoulder studs bite into fast corners with many edges. The tread centre has bevelled studs to minimise rolling resistance. With its wide range of models, the Ardent meets all the needs of a fast tyre from touring to AllMountain and Enduro to freeriding.

Exo Protection
This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewalls of various MTB tyres. It is very densely woven, lightweight and very flexible. The performance of the tires remains convincingly good.

Dual compound
Two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread strip. The arrangement of the compounds is planned according to the properties of the tyres.
