Maxxis Minion DHR II Folding Tyre 29x2.40" WT EXO+ TR 3C MaxxTerra

With all new tread pattern, Minion DHR II is the ideal tyre for aggressive gravity driving. With the side studs of the legendary DHF which are slightly widened for better cornering grip, this Minion DHR II has extreme cornering grip. The centre studs have tapered lugs for better acceleration. Notches on the studs improve the transition when turning into corners. Some of the centre studs have a paddle shape, they dig in when braking hard and help to keep the bike under control.

WIDE TRAIL CASING
The Wide Trail (WT) construction optimises the tread layout and tyre shape on today's modern wider rims. Traditional tires are designed for narrow rims and get a too square shape on wide rims, resulting in less than optimal performance. WT tires are optimized for an inner rim width of 35 mm, but work excellently on all rims with an inner dimension between 30 and 39 mm.

EXO+ PROTECTION
Our new EXO+ construction combines two of their best puncture protection materials: SilkShield and EXO.
The SilkShield layer surrounds the entire tyre from bead to bead, while the EXO layer is mounted on the sidewalls. Together, the EXO+ provides the following benefits: 27% better puncture protection on the tread / 51% stronger sidewall / 8% more puncture protection
