Product description
Maxxis HighRoller II Folding Tyre 26x2.30" DualC TR EXO
The HighRoller II - the consequent development of the probably best known and most successful MTB tyre of the last decade. More modern and aggressive - this is the HighRoller II. The open tread design claws itself deeper into the ground - nevertheless the rolling resistance is lower. Self-cleaning is even better. The exact tuning of the lug positions results in very predictable handling with seamless transitions when turning into curves and enormous grip. Traction when braking, both on straight lines and in curves, also benefits from the new design. An excellent choice for technically difficult terrain.
MaxxPro
MaxxPro Compound is the first tyre compound for bicycle tyres in which the components have been extremely finely ground. This compound is optimal from AllMountain to Downhill: more grip, good damping properties, long service life, low rolling resistance. And no lug breaks - a success of the exclusive Maxxis MaxxPro technology.
Tubeless Ready
Tubeless tires have many advantages: you can drive with less air pressure and thus have better traction, the rolling resistance is lower than with tubing, and where there is no tubing, the risk of puncture also decreases. Maxxis TR tyres are better prepared for mounting with sealing milk than other "tubeless ready" tyres, because the bead is completely covered with a rubber layer, like a real UST tubeless tyre. This means that the tubeless mounting is successful on all rims that comply with the standard dimensions with the first inflation and with little liquid.
EXO Protection
This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewalls of various MTB tyres. It is very densely woven, lightweight and very flexible. The performance of the tires remains convincingly good.
foldable bead core
Rings made of Kevlar or another aramid fibre also hold the tyres securely on the rim. Reduced weight and easy transport due to small packing size are advantages.
