Maxxis first real Gravel Bike tire. The Rambler has the volume you need for good comfort and the profile you need for speed and control. The narrow centre studs are chamfered and therefore roll very well on hard surfaces, open side studs ensure predictable cornering behaviour on different ground conditions.

Dual compound
Two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread strip. Maxxis plans the arrangement of the compounds according to the desired properties of the tyres.

Silkshield
SilkShield provides Silkworm protection all round, from rim edge to rim edge, preventing cuts and other defects on the sidewalls and under the tread.

Tubeless Ready
Tubeless tyres have many advantages: You can drive with less air pressure. This gives better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no inner tube, the risk of a puncture also decreases. MAXXIS TR tyres are better prepared for mounting with sealing milk than other tubeless ready tyres. The bead of the TR tires is completely covered with a rubber layer like a real UST tubeless tire. This means that the tubeless mounting of all standard rims is already successful with the first inflation and with little liquid.
